The Vincent Boys – Extended and Uncut (The Vincent Boys #1) by Abbi Glines

There was something wicked about Beau that drew me to him. What was wrong with me? Why did I want to sin so badly?

Ashton is getting tired of being good, of impressing her parents and playing ideal girlfriend to Sawyer Vincent. Sawyer is perfect, a regular Prince Charming, but when he leaves town for the summer, it’s his cousin Beau who catches Ashton’s eye. Beau is the sexiest guy she’s ever seen, and even though he’s dangerous, Ashton is drawn to him.

Beau loves his cousin like a brother, so the last thing he wants to do is make a move on Sawyer’s girl. Ashton is off-limits, absolutely. That’s why he does his best to keep his distance, even though he’s been in love with her forever. When Ashton wants to rekindle their childhood friendship in Sawyer’s absence, Beau knows he should say no.

Ashton and Beau don’t want to hurt Sawyer. But the more they try to stay away from each other, the more intense their urges become. It’s getting way too hard to resist…

NEW BOOK BOYFRIEND ALERT!

OMG. I love this book. Seriously LOVE. The last several books I’ve read have been 3 star books at best, for my taste, so I was so very happy when I found one I had a hard time putting down.

I never read the original version of The Vincent Boys, so I can’t really compare the two. However, this one was steamy and I loved it. I say if you haven’t read either version yet, why not go with this one? Same story with extra steam…how can it not be better, right?!

Abbi Glines did an excellent job of developing the story quickly but not too quickly. I think a lot of authors make the mistake of either rushing into it, or going so slow it’s hard to stay interested, Abbi didn’t make either mistake. It was perfect. I loved how the story started with learning about the relationship between Beau, Ashton and Sawyer growing up. Abbi made me feel like I was there with them, experiencing it all first hand.

Beau is so hot. I mean, Sawyer, he’s cute and sweet and charming, but Beau is scorching hot. I love the side of Ashton he brought out…but with a guy that yummy who wouldn’t let that side of them out.

I highly recommend this book to everyone, young or old. If you appreciate you a good love triangle, you seriously cannot miss this book. It’s definitely one for my favorites shelf. I can’t wait to start second one tonight!

xoxo,
Mrs. Beau Vincent
