Greg Cage’s life is more fulfilling than he ever could have imagined. He’s married to the love of his life, has an amazing son, and in a few short months, his family will grow again with the birth of his twin girls.
The past year has been a tough one for the Cage family, but they are now on the road to healing by learning to let go of the past and looking forward to their future.
When situations beyond his control threaten to take away so much of what Greg holds close to his heart, he has to learn that he doesn’t always have the control he tries to maintain in their lives. Will he be able to handle the stress of knowing his wife and newborn daughters are beyond his protection?
Join the Cage family as they embark on yet another one of life’s journeys with a rambunctious four-year-old, pregnancy complications, and the fear of the unknown.
Will the love that Greg and Melissa share hold true as they fight to overcome the obstacles that face them?
UNCAGED is not a standalone. It is a continuation of CAGE. It is recommended that you read the first 3 books in the series before UNCAGED.
I am fan-girling over Harper Sloan really big right now. This book! GAH! As most of you know, I was a slacker in getting to this series and did not read the first book in it until January, but now that I have read all of them, I am just dying for more and more. I love these books, these men and their crazy lives with Corps Security. But what I love about this is that even though it is a more of a novella than a full length novel, it is just simply amazing and if I ever say I can’t get enough of characters, these characters are the reason why!
If Greg and Melissa Cage hadn’t already been through enough in their lives, expecting twins was going to be the ultimate test, well… until everything changes. These two can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to a happily ever after. But the fight is so worth it for these two. The struggles, the pain, the hurt and everything they have been through makes this continuation of their story that much more touching and real.
The happily ever after of course gets interrupted in a blink of the eye and now Cage is struggling through the biggest heartbreak of all time. The strength he shows with his friends by his side is just amazing and inspiring the love I have for his character, his friends, his wife and his family is just not measurable! They are such an amazing dynamic and they won’t let go of each other.
Now as much as I love Greg and Melissa, I need to talk about the little dude that just not only was amazing, but completely melted my heart! Cohen Cage… this little man is beyond amazing. Growing so strong for his family he just melted my heart time and time again. And the cape and the babies and the names and oh my goodness, if he calls Maddox Locke that one more time, my heart is just going to explode. This little man is what made this book so much more for me. I could just squeeze him! He was the strength of the family when everything was in question, internally he was struggling, but this little guy wasn’t going to let anyone know how sad he was. He was going to be strong and a protector just like his daddy and Maddox Locke! I just am completely in awe by this big boy! He just melted my heart over and over again!
Gripping and full of love, Uncaged is just amazing and hot and sexy and wait a minute… that epilogue!!! Oh my goodness! I cannot wait for more of that!!!
Cooper is up next and I can hardly contain my excitement for the summer!

about harper sloan
Harper lives in small town Georgia just a short drive from her hometown of Peachtree City. She (and her 3 daughters) enjoy ruling the house they dubbed ‘Estrogen Ocean’, much to her husband’s chagrin. Harper has a borderline unhealthy obsession with books; you can almost ALWAYS find her with her ereader attached. As an ex-reviewer and blogger, Harper’s passion for reading runs deep. It wasn’t until ‘Axel’ decided to take up residence that she realized her true calling.
She started using writing as a way to unwind when the house went to sleep at night; and with a house full of crazy it was the perfect way to just relax. It didn’t take long before a head full of very demanding alphas would stop at nothing to have their story told.
